Responsibilities
As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Supporting executive team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use

- Coordinating and organizing events, meetings, and conferences
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve organizational efficiency

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant degree or certification is a plus
